Application:
This ZJD-F oil purifier machine is especially for treating and filtrating vegetable oil(Sunflower oil/palm oil/olive oil/peanut oil after pressing, which has water content and impurities), fuel oil, fry oil, light lubricating oil and also can regenerate used cooking oil/edible oil. This machine contains gathered precision filtration system, high efficiency demulsifying and dewatering system, and a set of filter tank(has several pieces of stainless steel filter board in it) together.

Features:

1) This filter tank can filtrate and remove large quantity and small particles, impurities.

2) It can remove amount of water without heating and the speed is so quickly and can be the first in all of machinery.
3) It can remove water quickly from the half oil and water. The cleanness can reach NAS6.
4) It is very easily to operate and suitable for the light oil which contents a lot of water.
5) ZJD-Fseries purifier adopt special oil water separator which requires no heating, offering more than 20 times dewatering efficiency over other types of purifiers.
6) As no heating is needed, the additives in the oil are well prevented from degradation or deterioration.
7) Easy-to-operate, water can be discharged online automatically without the presence of duty operators.
8) Low operation cost, 20-40% lower than vacuum purifier, centrifugal purifier and filter press.
